What better place in the world could there possibly be to cook a Lentil Moussaka.  In Greece and legumes and vegetables are almost part of their staple diet.  I thought I would put Fairlady's Lentil Moussaka to the test - I had to change it slightly, not a mushroom to be found.  If you would like to try - click here -

Settling In

The first few days took some time settling in.  The sadness of leaving friends and family proved to all be a bit much.  The sun has done nothing but shine since our arrival.  New shoots are springing on the trees and the small village of Kolada is starting to awaken from the winter months.  Now that the weather is warmer the preparation for summer is happening.  We spend our days working on Super Trouper, walks into the village for fresh bread and fruit and veg for the evening dinner.  We've progressed well and as I type ST's hull is being polished.  We've decided to hire some help for anti-fouling and hull polishing. I'm not putting Graham on any scaffolding this year.
